It is with profound sadness that we, the Penney family, announce the sudden passing of our beloved son and brother, Bradley James Penney, on September 16th, 2025 at the age of only 54 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his father: Chamberlain Penney; his partner: Linda; brothers: Dale (Phyllis), Pearce (Sherry), Todd (Gwenda), and Israel; and sisters: Yvonne, and Karen (Kevin); as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Bradley was predeceased by his mother: Gladys Penney.

Bradley was the type of person who loved to make people laugh. He loved telling funny stories, and especially loved tormenting people. He was a welder by trade, and there was nothing he couldn't do. Brad had a love for music, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and really anything sports related. He loved the outdoors and going on walks, and he quite enjoyed bird watching in his more recent years. He also loved cats! Bradley took much pride in everything that he did. In the passed few months he showed us all his love for his resin art, and despite his vision loss, he continued to create those beautiful crafts.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral services at this time. Interment to be announced at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Bradley's memory to a charity of one's choice.

The Penney family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all that helped in any way during this very difficult time. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, and to Country Haven Funeral Home. All of your kindness is greatly appreciated.
