It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Billy Vance McDowell announce his passing at his residence, Corner Brook NL. on Monday July 24th 2023. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughters; Arianna Sheppard, Kaitlyn Sheppard (Tracey), Madison McDowell, Cassandra McDowell (Chris), Kathy Wyatt. Sister; Natalia (Shawn) Costella-Martin.  Nieces; Kayla (Stephan), Tasha, Hayley, Cyan, Gemma. As well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Billy is predeceased by his mother Gladys Costella of St. John's, Grandparents Louise and Maxwell Burton, and his uncle Maxwell Burton. Cremation has taken place. A visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Saturday July 29th 2023 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm interment to take place Monday July 31st 2023 at 2pm at Mount Patricia Cemetery with Rev. Jocelyn Cook Officiating. No flowers by request, however, donations in Billy's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the S.P.C.A.
