It is with great sadness that the family of the late Benjamin Arthur Stone announce his passing on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 at the Corner Brook Palliative Care Unit at the age of 63 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife: Jennifer Stone; sons: Christopher, Richard (Tonya), Daniel (Stephanie), and Johnny; his siblings: Roy (Shirley), Shirley (Don), Bill (Vonnie), Mary (Len), Doug (Lorraine), Linda, June (Bob), Dorothy, (Byron), Gail, and Terrie; and mother-in-law: Helen Jones; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Ben is predeceased by his first wife, whom he loved dearly: Helen; Baby Ben; his parents: Roy and June Stone; brother: Jim Stone; brother-in-law: Les Butt; special brother-in-law: Mike Spontaneo Sr.; and father-in-law: Lloyd Jones.

At his request, cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation held on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at 10:30 AM in Country Haven's Chapel with Major Brian Wheeler officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, a donation can be made in Ben's memory to the Corner Brook Scaredy Cat Rescue.
