It is with great sadness that the family of the late Antonio Megalizzi Announce his passing on Saturday, December 30th 2023 at the Mountain View Retirement Home at the age of 89 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his 5 children; Cynthia Diane Styles (Russell Gould), Barbara Hughes (Shane O'Quinn), Debbie Megalizzi (Michel Deslauriers), Ronnie Hughes (Cathy Hughes) and Allison Batstone (Martin Batstone). His 14 Grandchildren; Crystal, Natasha (Mac), Melanie (Ryan), Ashley (Evan), Brandon (Erin), Jesse, steven, Ronnie (Becky), Kristy (Thaddeus), Lauren (Josiah), Nic, Billy-Joe (Charlene), Steven and Nicole (Alex) as well as 19 Great-grandchildren. 4 sisters-in-law; Margie (Ernie), Marie (Fred) and Shirley (Wayne) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Antonio was predeceased by his wife Audrey Megalizzi. Sisters Carmela and Gabby. His parents Giovani and Theresa Megalizzi. Special mention to Kathy Sheppard, Lisa Power and Michelle Snooks. Thank you to all the staff at Mountain View Retirement Home and Western Health and special thanks to nurse Nora and Patricia Park. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 from the hours of 2-4 Pm and 7-8 pm from where a funeral service will take place at 8 pm at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Cremation to follow, interment to take place at a later date. No flowers by request, donations can be made to one's choice.
