It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Joseph Young announce his passing at the Corner Brook Palliative Care Unit, on May 9, 2022 at the age of 84 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Donna Brinkman (Andrea) of Ontario, Vanessa Bonnell (Greg) of Halifax, Claudette Crant (Greg) of Gander, David Young (Natasha) of Corner Brook; grandchildren: Kevin, Travis, Silas, Amy, Ayden, Victoria, David, and Selena; siblings: Sarah Simms, Anna Mead, and Angela LeBreton; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Andrew is predeceased by his parents, John and Alice Young. There will be a visitation for friends and family on May 12, 2022 at Country Haven Funeral Home at 2:00 PM from where a service will take place in the Country Haven Chapel at 4:00 PM with Pastor Jamie Rowsell officiating. Cremation to follow. An interment will be held at a later date. Flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Andrew's memory to a charity of one's choice.
