It Is with great sadness the family of the late Alice Diane "sis" Carter announce her passing from the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Long-Term Care in Corner Brook on Wednesday March 4th 2026 at the age of 69 years.

She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband of 47 ½ years, Wayne. Her daughter; Nicole (Brian) and son; Paul. Her grandchildren; Hailey, Zoey, and Rachel. Her sisters; Sarah (Larry) and Sheila (Clarence). Her brother; Terry (Shirley).  Also, leaving to mourn nieces, nephews, and many friends.

She is predeceased by her parents; Patrick and Vera Neville and her parents-in-law; John and Nora Carter.

She enjoyed life and spending time with family and friends, especially her pets down through years.

The family would like to thank Dr. Boulus and the nurses and staff of the palliative care unit for their kindness and compassion during Alice's time there.

There will be a visitation at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9pm on Sunday March 8, 2026. The funeral service will be Monday March 9th 2026 at 10:30AM from the Country Haven Chapel with Father Lee Lainey officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery Columbarium Park.
